Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken; or
  • Good did not arrive.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • All products cannot be returned. if the good is broken the customer may receive a refund after the operators of www.histipp.com have deemed the request appropriate or if the good did not arrive.; and
  • If the item has arrived and is not broken, it cannot be returned or refunded. Shipment Tracking may also be used by the operators of www.histipp.com to prove if an item has arrived.

Additional Terms

  • The operators of www.histipp.com.au are not liable for anything (Damage, death, injury, medical issues or anything else) caused by the site or by the products sold on the site. Site visitors and customers will indemnify the operators and owners of the site from any and all damage/issues caused.; and
  • To prove a refund is required for a broken product, the customer needs to be able to prove, without a reasonable doubt, that it was broken upon delivery. We suggest taking a video whilst opening the package.
